Prof. Hong Gong is currently Vice President of Xi 'an University of Posts and Telecommunications, member of Shaanxi Provincial Professional Degree Graduate Education Steering Committee, and member of the 7th Council of China e-Education Society. He is mainly engaged in business administration and graduate ideological and political education research. Presided over 3 soft science projects in Shaanxi Province, undertook 28 commissioned projects of various kinds, and 12 papers were included in high-level journals such as CSSCI and EI. He won 6 Shaanxi Provincial Teaching Achievement Awards and 1 Shaanxi Provincial Philosophy and Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award.

Prof. Ke Tang

Tang Ke, Professor of Computer Science and Engineering Department of Southern University of Science and Technology, special Professor of Ministry of Education, "National High-level Talent Special Support Program" young top talent. His main research areas are the general principles and algorithms of artificial intelligence (such as evolutionary computing, reinforcement learning, machine learning, etc.), as well as the cross-research between artificial intelligence and design, finance, logistics and other fields. His research achievements have won the first prize and second prize of the Ministry of Education and the first prize of Natural Science of the Chinese Society of Electronics. He is a Newton Advanced Fellow of the Royal Society and a recipient of the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society Outstanding Early Career Award. He is also deputy director of Guangdong Provincial Key Laboratory of Brain-like Intelligent Computing and deputy Director of Shenzhen Sfakis Trusted Autonomous System Research Institute.

Prof. Zheng Yan

Dr. Zheng Yan, Distinguished Professor at Xidian University, is an IEEE Fellow, IET Fellow, and AAIA Fellow. He is a Stanford World top 2% scientiss, an Academy Fellow of the Academy of Finland, and a highly cited researcher by Elsevier in China. Her research interests are in trust management, information and network security, privacy protection, and data analysis. He has published over 380 papers in prestigious journals and conferences worldwide, including IEEE SP, IEEE TIFS, IEEE TDSC, INFOCOM, and ICSE, with over 260 as first or corresponding author. He has authored two English books used for teaching for nearly a decade. He holds 107 international and domestic patents, including 50 PCT patents (with 30 independent inventions), with over 130 patents adopted by industry, some of which have entered international standards or are widely used. His U.S. patents are tracked by over 60 Fortune Global 500 companies. He has received numerous awards, including the Nokia Distinguished Inventor Award, three EU awards, N²Women Star in Computer Networking and Communications, IEEE TCSC Award for Excellence in Scalable Computing, IEEE TEMS Distinguished Leadership Award, 17 IEEE Outstanding Leadership and Service Awards, AALTO ELEC Impact Award, IEEE ComSoc Big Data Technical Committee Best Journal Paper, IEEE TrustCom Outstanding Paper, Shaanxi Natural Science Award, and Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Supervisor by the Electronic Association. Prof. Qian Wang

Qian Wang (Fellow, IEEE) is currently a Professor with the School of Cyber Science and Engineering, Wuhan University, China. He has published more than 200 papers, with more than 120 publications in top-tier international conferences, including USENIX NSDI, IEEE S\&P, ACM CCS, USENIX Security, NDSS, ACM MobiCom, ICML, with more than 20000 Google Scholar citations. He was selected into the National High-level Young Talents Program of China and listed among the World's Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University. He is a member of the ACM. He also received the National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars of China in 2018. He has long been engaged in the research of cyberspace security, with a focus on AI security, data outsourcing security and privacy, wireless systems security, and applied cryptography. He was a recipient of the 2018 IEEE TCSC Award for Excellence in Scalable Computing (early Career Researcher) and the 2016 IEEE ComSoc Asia-Pacific Outstanding Young Researcher Award. He was a co-recipient of eight best paper and best student paper awards from prestigious conferences, including ICDCS and IEEE ICNP. His Ph.D. student was selected under Huawei's "Top Minds" Recruitment Program in 2021. He serves as an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Dependable and Secure Computing (TDSC), IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security (TIFS), and IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computing (TETC).

Dr. Wang is currently the Director of the Wuhan University Networking Information System Security and Privacy (NIS&P) Lab, where he work with the most brilliant students and colleagues to build smart algorithms that enable networking systems to have security and privacy guarantee, as well as to discover how to make the world safer and better.

Prof. Xianguang Kong

Xianguang Kong received the Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an, China, in 2005.,In 2014, he was a Visiting Scholar with the Department of Engineering Mechanical, University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, OH, USA. He is a Professor with the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Xidian University, Xi’an. His research interests include Industrial Internet, industrial artificial intelligence, federated learning, and privacy and security protection.

Prof. Yanping Chen

Chen Yanping, Professor, master tutor and Doctor, School of Computer Science, Xi 'an University of Posts and Telecommunications. He received his PhD in Engineering from Xi 'an Jiaotong University in April 2007, and has been working at the School of Computer Science, Xi 'an University of Posts and Telecommunications since July 2007. He was a postdoctoral researcher at Xi 'an Jiaotong University. In recent years, he has presided over and participated in a number of National Natural Science Foundation projects and doctoral programs of the Ministry of Education. He has published more than 50 research papers in important academic journals and famous international conferences at home and abroad. His research interests include service computing, data representation, network management, etc. He is currently a senior member of China Computer Society, a senior member of China Electronics Society, a senior member of China Communications Society, a member of China Computer Society Network and Data Communication Committee, and a member of China Computer Society Service Computing Committee.

Prof. Zhongmin Wang

Wang Zhongmin, Ph.D., Second Class Professor, Famous teaching Teacher of Shaanxi Province, Director of Shaanxi Key Laboratory of Network Data Analysis and Intelligent Processing. He is also the executive director of Shaanxi Provincial Computer Society, the vice chairman of the Computer Working Committee of Shaanxi Provincial College Professional Setting and Teaching Steering Committee, the senior member of China Computer Society, the senior member of China Electronics Society, the senior member of China Communication Society, and the member of the third and fourth Communication Software Technology Committee of China Communication Society. China Software Industry Association Education and Training Committee expert steering committee, Shaanxi Province Qin Chuangyuan "scientist + engineer" team construction project chief scientist.

In recent years, he has presided over or undertaken 8 national projects, more than 10 provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, 18 authorized invention patents, 8 software Copyrights, and published more than 150 academic papers, including more than 60 SCI and EI searches. The scientific research achievements completed by the host or main members have won 1 first prize of science and technology of Guangdong Province, 1 second prize of science and technology of Shaanxi Province, 1 first prize of science and technology of China Electronics Society, 1 second prize and 2 third prizes of science and technology of China Communication Society, 1 first prize and 1 second prize of Xi 'an Science and Technology Progress.
